PROVIDING GRANTS FOR HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS AT MAINEHEALTH MEMORIAL HOSPITAL IN NORTH CONWAY, NH 

The care provided to local patients should be no better than the quality of the people who deliver it. Patients are directly treated and cured by professionals and those professionals should be treated better than the brick and mortar buildings or computers where care is given. Healthcare education begins in elementary school where children become aware of medical professionals and their fields. As students progress through life, they are introduced to jobs and careers in the medical field, including EMT’s, medical assistants, nurses, nurse practitioners, doctors, specialists and more. Therefore, the Newcomb Parker Foundation may provide grants to cover the cost of applicants' training and education. Our grants were developed to encourage medical and support staff to expand their knowledge, increase their medical standing, and continue to better their service to their communities.
